Pricing FAQ

What Affects Automation Cost?

The goal is to make the cost drivers understandable before you approve a project.

Why do automation projects cost different amounts?

The main variables are process complexity, number of systems, API limitations, data volume, testing requirements, exception handling, and support needs. We scope those factors before proposing a fixed project price.

Do you require a monthly subscription?

Not necessarily. Core implementation work can be project-based. Ongoing maintenance and support are optional and can be scoped separately when the workflow needs continued care.

Can we start with one workflow?

Yes. A focused first project is often the best way to validate the business case, learn the process, and decide whether a broader automation program makes sense.

What is included after launch?

The included support period depends on the package. It generally covers agreed bug fixes, minor adjustments, and troubleshooting. New workflows or materially expanded scope are quoted separately.

How do you estimate ROI?

We start with the current process: frequency, volume, time per transaction, manual touches, errors, and business impact. That creates a more useful estimate than promising a generic percentage savings.

Are software/API fees included?

Third-party software subscriptions, usage fees, messaging charges, and API costs are normally separate unless explicitly included in a proposal. We identify material third-party costs during scoping.

Want a More Accurate Estimate?

Tell us about one repetitive process and the tools involved. We can scope the opportunity and recommend the right starting point.
