Our Services
Workflow Automation Agency provides workflow automation consulting, design, build, integration, and support services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Payment
Fees, payment schedule, and terms are set out in your project proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due as stated in that proposal.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to the tools, accounts, and information we need to do the work.
- Ensure you have the right to grant us access to any systems or data involved.
- Review and respond to deliverables within agreed timeframes.
Intellectual Property
Unless your agreement states otherwise, you own the automations and deliverables we build for you upon full payment. We retain rights to our own pre-existing tools, methods, and know-how.
Warranties & Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement as described in the project agreement. You are responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.
